What to Expect?
We’ll begin with a short introduction, light stretches, and breathing exercises to open up the body and prepare the mind for relaxation, about 10-15 minutes. This will be followed by a 50-60 minute gong session, where you'll be invited to lie comfortably on a yoga mat, close your eyes, and allow the sounds to envelop you, bringing balance and harmony to mind and body.
