The day slowly builds toward one final international night, three major performances and the closing of Impact Fest 2026.
By Sunday, something has usually changed.
Artists who arrived as strangers know each other.
Audience members recognise people from the night before.
Someone who came for comedy has accidentally watched theatre.
Someone who came for theatre has somehow ended up doing improv.
That's the festival we want.

After beginning Sunday as a workshop teacher, Luka returns to the festival as a performer.
