Omnibus Workshop: Emotional Expression with Maksym

🚌📚 What will you learn?

Everyone knows that emotions are important in acting. But how can I do one step more, a step outside of my personal comfort zone, and channel the character’s emotions through my own body, voice, and presence?

In the workshop we will:

• explore your levels of emotional expression comfort

• fine-tune the skill of reading other performers’ emotions

• dive deep into how you feel when performing

• expand your comfort zone in acting

🚌🧑‍🏫 Who is your teacher?

This workshop is led by Maksym, the fireball of Omnibus. He has been on stage his entire life, doing improv, stand up, theatre, and Oxford-style debating. Maksym is also a teacher by education and an avid dog-lover.

🎚️ Workshop level

This workshop is meant for people who already know what improv is and want to get deeper into character creation, getting into the fuzzy terrain of understanding and actually feeling the motivations of your characters.

It’s perfect for you if you:

• constantly find yourself afraid to be “more” on stage

• are afraid you are already being “too much” on stage

• want to deepen your character creation knowledge

• want to see how to create deeper and more meaningful characters on the spot
