a monthly online somatic practice space held on the last Monday of the month to practice collectively. in these sessions, we explore how shaping our individual soma—our living body—directly impacts our collective change. it is a container for those looking to stay grounded, present, and connected to their truth in an unpredictable world.

June 29: moving from shame to pride – facing the shadows of shame to embody pride with confidence.
July 27: the gravity of longing – why embodied visions and deep longings are essential for sustained, long-term change.
August 31: the power of “no” – practicing the somatic boundaries that protect our internal “yes.”
September 28: unmasking the soma – getting to know your survival masking that’s been protecting the authentic self beneath.
October 26: embodied gender – exploring the fluid landscape of identity through the wisdom of the body.
November 30: mutuality in connection – learning to stay in connection with the other while feeling what matters to us.
December 21 (moved to Solstice): the wintering body – a space for deep reflection, grieving what was, and dreaming what is to come.

facilitation
guided by Joelle Marcelle Antson, a somatic coach and bodyworker who supports LGBTQ+, neurodivergent people, and women in being their full selves. Joelle works through a lens of politicized somatics. the event is facilitated in English, except if everyone speaks Estonian.
the sessions take place online from 18:00–19:00 Estonian time (EET/EEST).
