Dance is the hidden language of the soul.

You have surely heard the saying that has been passed down from language to language for centuries: thought creates. F. Nietzsche refers to the realization that there is more wisdom in the body than in all the sciences of philosophy. I would say, thinking is a privilege and is intended for the wise ones.
I have encountered hundreds and thousands of words that pile up into noise – advertising, struggle for existence, insecurity, power, concealment, deception, belief. Dance meditation "I DARE TO BE ME" tears down the masks of fitting into different groups to trust in the boundless wisdom located in the body.
There are too many negative thoughts running through our heads every day – both when we are "awake" and asleep. If we could fully understand how much we are doing ourselves and others harm by overthinking, we would be more willing to listen to our inner feeling; we would break free from the mind-numbing and inexperienced philosophizing.
The body is wise, it contains the awareness of being authentic. Expression without words or limitations leads to the beginning of consciousness or authenticity. The goal of the cognitive encounter is to expand flexibility, we enter the environment behind the heart, activate the courage of being, overthrow schemes, programs, rationality, status tension, pain, anxiety, fear, uncertainty.
Be confident that I am not teaching you anything new that you didn´t already know. I am simply opening your eyes to what you don´t see and reminding you of the past, its forgotten treasures. To begin, in order to gain the right momentum, I ask for awareness, contentment, independence, courage, expressiveness, and reaching out on the soul's journey instead of empty words.

How to prepare for the event:
dress comfortably (exactly how you feel comfortable)
bring a filled water bottle (preferably with spring water).
What to know:
no previous dance or movement skills are necessary at all (also suitable for people with limited mobility and vision)
dance meditation is not a choreographed movement, but a cathartic cognitive method (this is not an ecstatic dance)
suitable for anyone interested in creating a better connection with themselves.
