JAZZ FOR KIDS | Evija Vēbere & Toms Mikāls

Svētdien, 9. augustā, plkst. 12.00 aicinām ģimenes ar bērniem uz Jazz for Kids – muzikālu rītu, kurā džezu var ne tikai klausīties, bet arī iepazīt, izjust un piedzīvot kopā.

Šoreiz bērnus džeza pasaulē vedīs divi spilgti Latvijas mūziķi – Evija Vēbere un Toms Mikāls. 

Biļetes:

• 30 € – bērns (līdz 12 g.) + viens pavadonis

• 20 € – atsevišķa bērna vai pieaugušā biļete

🎹 Toms Mikāls – pianists, komponists un aranžētājs, viens no spilgtākajiem Latvijas džeza mūziķiem, kurš aicinās bērnus iepazīt improvizācijas prieku un mūzikas spēles elementus.

🎶 Uz pasākumu droši var ņemt līdzi bērna mīļāko instrumentu (vai ritma "rīku")!

Koncerta laikā pieaugušie un pavadoņi ir laipni aicināti pavadīt laiku arī blakus telpās un 1. stāvā, kamēr bērni iepazīst džeza pasauli koncertzālē.

On Sunday, August 9, at 12:00 P.m., we invite families with children to Jazz for Kids—a musical morning where you can not only listen to jazz, but also discover, feel, and experience it together.

This time, two brilliant Latvian musicians—Evija Vēbere and Toms Mikāls—will guide children into the world of jazz.

Tickets:

• €30 – child (up to 12 years old) + one accompanying adult

• €20 – individual ticket for a child or adult

Families with multiple children who have the "GodaGimene" code can receive a 15% discount on ticket purchases by presenting their ticket along with a valid Goda Ģimenes card at the entrance.

Performers:

🎤 Evija Vēbere – singer, songwriter, and versatile musician whose creativity and free-spirited approach to music inspire both young and old.

🎹 Toms Mikāls – pianist, composer, and arranger, one of Latvia’s most prominent jazz musicians, who will invite children to discover the joy of improvisation and the playful elements of music.

🎶 Feel free to bring your child’s favorite instrument (or rhythm “tool”) to the event!

During the concert, adults and chaperones are welcome to spend time in the adjacent rooms and on the first floor while the children explore the world of jazz in the concert hall.

And one more thing… to make the adventure even sweeter! 🍫📸

The event will be complemented by our friends—LAIMA, Mežezers, a special menu for the little ones, and SMILEBOX instant photos—for memories to take home.

The event will take place in two parts with an intermission, and will last up to 2 hours in total.

The event is supported by the State Culture Capital Foundation and the Riga City Council.
