Ganga Jayanti puja 03.05.2025: on-site participation
Ganga Jayanti is the day that celebrates the descent of Goddess Ganga to Earth. This day carries deep spiritual significance – symbolizing purity, forgiveness, and inner awakening.
According to legend, Ganga descended from the heavens to Earth thanks to the devotion of King Bhagiratha and the grace of Lord Shiva. Her flow is not merely a physical river, but a divine current capable of cleansing even the deepest karmas.
The Ganga Jayanti Puja takes place by the Amrita pond during warm weather, and in the altar room of the ashram during cooler or rainy conditions.
You are welcome to offer a donation to Devi Ganga either during registration or on site.
If you wish, you may also bring flowers, fruits, or other offerings of your heart.
