Kids content. How to make it safe

Friday 29. November at 19:00 - 22:00

B. Amsterdam • Johan Huizingalaan 763A, 1066 VH Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands

This event has been cancelled.

Modern children are born, so to speak, «with a button in their finger» and consume content in huge volumes. What should we know about children’s content and its impact on kids? Is it really harmful, and what can it offer that is beneficial? How can parents control their consumption without losing the child’s affection and their own sanity?

Natalia Remish offers an alternative approach:

Make content a subject of dialogue rather than a struggle.
Teach children to choose what to watch.
Help them filter information and express their opinions.
How can this be done? In the upcoming lecture, Natalia will share practical tips to help turn media consumption into a space for connection between parents and children.

Natalia Remish is the author of the series of books «Simply About Important Things,» the creator of the social project and animated film «About Mira and Gosha», and a mother.

After the lecture, there will be a Q&A session. Books will also be available for purchase and signing.

The meeting will be conducted in Russian in the The Mark hall of the B.Amsterdam cluster.
