Yoga session with gong spa

Yoga session based on Hatha Yoga + planetary Gong sound relaxation.

This yoga class for a BEGINNER or if you have practiced some yoga before.
What to Expect?

In the yoga session, we will start with warm-up exercises, followed by a series of yoga postures (asanas), and end with a relaxation period. The postures are designed to stimulate the energy flow in the body and help release any blockages. The breathing techniques are used to help regulate the flow of energy and increase awareness. The meditation is used to help calm the mind and increase focus. We do active stretches and yoga for about 45-50 minutes and gong relaxation for about 10-15 minutes depending on the nature of each session.

Duration: 1.5 hours

Spaces are limited to 7 participants, ensuring a small and cozy gathering.

Yoga mats and blankets are provided.

Your guide for this session is Kristiina Maajärv, a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200, KRI 200) and Mindfulness Coach (World Coaching Organization certificate in the process 2024). Her expertise in sound therapy, yoga, and mindfulness guarantees a caring and professional session that supports you on your personal journey toward inner peace and balance.
