Inside Apple: culture, leadership and career journey

It is always interesting to hear how a company like Apple works from the inside, from its structure and culture to the people and leadership behind it.

The first Coffee Morning of the new season will take place on 4 August with Svea Koppel, Engineering Manager at Apple. In her talk, she will share how she found her way to Apple, how the company is structured, what its working culture looks like in practice, how work is organised, and how she leads her team.

Svea Koppel is an Engineering Manager at Apple with 23 years of experience in the tech industry, including 12 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. She currently leads an engineering team focused on Siri AI, specialising in Data Quality and Privacy. Before joining Apple, she built her experience at Microsoft, Skype, Swedbank and Proekspert.

She is also an active leader in the Estonian tech community in the Bay Area, helping connect and grow the local network of Estonian professionals in the region.

Svea is currently in Estonia, which makes this a rare opportunity to hear from her in person before she heads back.
