Ingvar Villido, the master of kriya yoga, will talk about the root causes of violence. How conflicts and attacks are born? Why are we hurting ourselves and others? From where the desire to dominate appears? What makes us subjugate nature and other living beings? How to stop violence? Is non-violence really possible?

Ingvar Villido's masterclasses this Spring are dedicated to humane qualities such as simplicity, goodness, love, compassion and awareness. How do you discover and develop them? Why do we encounter these qualities so little in our daily lives? How to make these qualities more manifest in our own activities? 

Ingvar has been researching the phenomena of the human inner world for over 30 years. During this time, he has compared the discoveries he has made through his practice with the teachings stored in ancient texts. As a result, he has been able to put ancient knowledge into a language that is understandable and practically usable by modern humans.
