Participation in our activities is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older.

In light of the outdoor nature of our activities, participants are required to attire themselves suitably according to the prevailing weather conditions.
Safety protocols dictate the prohibition of loose clothing during activities, and participants with long hair must secure it firmly.

4. Booking Conditions:
Participants are reminded that bookings are irrevocable and non-transferable.
Non-attendance on the scheduled activity day ("no show") will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment.

In circumstances necessitating event cancellation, such as inclement weather or unforeseen events beyond our control, participants will be promptly notified.
Subsequently, participants will be offered the option of a complete refund or rescheduling to an alternative date and/or time.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent overexertion and potential sun-related health issues.
Stay hydrated by regularly consuming fluids, particularly in the outdoor setting, to maintain well-being.
Secure loose clothing and tie back hair to prevent entanglements. Remove jewellery and items that could pose a snagging or catching hazard.
Adhere to the guidance of our team members and follow their instructions diligently. Should any aspect be unclear, do not hesitate to seek clarification by asking questions.
