In a world full of uncertainty, resilience is not about standing still - it’s about building a mental shield that helps you keep moving forward without losing yourself.
This is especially true in startup life, where pressure, change and uncertainty are part of the journey. Most conversations about mental health focus on what to do when things go wrong: how to stop stress, fix exhaustion or prevent burnout. This Coffee Morning takes a different angle.
Instead of only talking about how to avoid the “big waves” of life, we’ll explore how to navigate them. Forget the “rest and relax” clichés or toxic positivity - this session focuses on practical tools and techniques that help build resilience and support long-term wellbeing in a fast-moving world.
Our speaker, Tamara Lengi, will introduce the HERO framework - Hope, Efficacy, Resilience and Optimism - and show how these can become practical tools for strengthening your mental resilience. We’ll also explore brain-training techniques used by high-performing leaders to build practical positivity and resilience.
Tamara is an innovation architect, Certified Positive Psychology Coach and founder of BlooMind, an AI-powered resilience and burnout prevention tool. With over 8 years of experience leading and training international teams, she has also authored and led award-winning mental health innovation projects for the EU and the City of Tallinn.
As a burnout survivor herself, Tamara brings both professional expertise and personal insight into how we can build high-impact careers without sacrificing our wellbeing.
