Sauna Social + Bar @Heldeke

Enjoy our traditional Finnish style sauna, the pool and a few drinks from the bar.

We have an extensive non-alcoholic drink list as well as all the regular craft beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and a choice of more than 100 whiskies from all over the world.

During the first session, artist Barry Sykes will host Laugh-guss! A combination of Laughter Yoga exercises and the German Aufguss ritual. It's a beautiful way to ease your mind, relax and have fun while you're at it! This meditative session will last approximately 20 minutes and will leave you feeling peaceful, but envigorated.
