A contemporary dance performance that asks: is it coincidence or an invisible connection between us?
Have you ever experienced moments when you were about to say something when someone else said it?
Or did you manage to think of someone when they called you a moment later?
Or have you encountered situations that are somehow familiar from before, but you can't explain?
Are these moments of synchronization just coincidences or are they about more subtle perceptual processes and energies between people?
Inspired by Doris Kareva's adult fairy tale "The Blue Stone" and Carl Gustav Jung's theory of synchronicity, the performance explores how we carry within us an inexplicable longing for something greater that runs in the background of everyday life.
The performance brings together an international cast: three renowned Estonian dancers and three young talented dancers from Italy.
This touching story has been warmly received by audiences at festivals in Tbilisi and Gori (Georgia), Bari (Italy), Tartu, Narva, Viljandi and other cities in Estonia.
