Open Improv Classes

Improvisation Theatre Tea Tree kindly invites you to take part in an open rehearsal where anyone can join in irrespective of the language proficiency, age or stage experience. These rehearsals are for those who want to take a peek at some rehearsals while are not ready to attend them on regular basis, meet new people, explore and discover new skills in themselves.
The improvisation theatre helps to develop various skills such as focusing, instant responding, spontaneity, etc. that help us through our everyday lives, as well as to enter a whole new world of creativity and fantasies of ourselves and other people and escape the mundane routine.
Improvisation Theatre Tea Tree is active for five years already organizing various shows, training programs and masterclasses, providing an opportunity for each and everyone to enjoy a taste of this exciting genre and act on their potential.
The class will be run by Mairita Strūberga, director and founder of the theatre, who has a degree in thespian arts and cinematography. She has explored and researched the improvisation genre for almost 15 years enabling her to give you tailormade exercises for you to acquire improvisation skills in a free and friendly atmosphere.
