Kirill also completed a stage at Frantzén in Stockholm *** and has extensive international experience working with a wide range of cuisines and culinary traditions.

This time, the evening will combine a chef-led dinner with the Conversation Menus card game.

— Burrata / Tomato Consommé

— Risotto / Wild Mushrooms

— Oolong Mousse / Pear Compote / Toasted Milk

Early Bird tickets are available for £45 until 20 September inclusive.

From 21 September, the ticket price will be £60.
