On Friday, June 19th at The Krypt, Tallinn’s underground metal scene comes together as progressive metal act Dreadpin and thrash-heavy hitters Riser bring a night of metal chaos:

Dreadpin is a progressive metal band from Tallinn, active since 2008. Their sound blends modern progressive metal with groove-oriented intensity, creating energetic live performances. Dreadpin released their debut album "Reclaiming Harmony" in 2016 and continued with "Cyberia" in 2022, earning recognition within Estonia’s underground metal scene for their ambitious songwriting and powerful stage presence.

Hailing from Tallinn, Riser has been delivering fast, riff-driven heavy and thrash metal since 2015. Inspired by the spirit of old-school metal, the band blends aggressive energy with melodic and progressive elements, creating a sound that is both classic and dynamic. Known for high-intensity live shows packed with sharp guitar work and relentless rhythm sections, Riser has become a familiar name in Estonia’s underground metal scene. The band is currently working on new material with producer Are Kangus at Sügis Productions studio.

👻 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑲𝒓𝒚𝒑𝒕 - 𝑺𝒑𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒚 𝑩𝒂𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒈𝒆 is an independent venue located in Tallinn city center, and the only spooky-themed bar in the Baltics.
The Krypt has hosted hundreds of events with both local and international bands, vintage horror movie nights, mystical dance shows, flea markets, an extreme metal festival, and much more is planned for the future.
The national radio station Rock FM awarded The Krypt/Sügis Productions the 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝, recognizing their significant contribution to promoting rock and metal music in Estonia. Recently, the co-owner also got the nomination of "𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫" at the European WILM Awards.

The Krypt offers a unique nightlife experience where dark aesthetics meet live music — a place for those looking for something beyond the ordinary.
