The Tokyo International Comedy Festival celebrates the city's incredible LGBTQ+ comedy scene with a special showcase featuring some of Tokyo's funniest queer comedians and allies.
Whether you're discovering Tokyo Comedy Bar for the first time or you're a longtime fan, this one-night festival event promises a lineup of fresh voices, big laughs, and unforgettable performances.

The Tokyo International Comedy Festival (TICF) September 17-27, 2025 and will feature Japanese & International comedians. Approximately 70 shows across 6 venues such as Comedy Competitions, Roast Battles, Solo Shows, International headliners, and live podcast recordings.
The primary venues will be Tokyo Comedy Bar, the city’s only dedicated, standup comedy and Mame Romantic (Haretara Sora ni Mame Maite) in Daikanyama with additional satellite shows at Nakameguro TapRooms, The Lively Hotel, the New Sanno Hotel, and the Tokyo American Club.
