Author Daniel Trilling will be in conversation with Aamna Mohdin, discussing his important new book, If We Tolerate This: How the British establishment made the far right respectable. Daniel writes about migration, human rights and the rise of the far right in Britain and Europe. Aamna is The Guardian's community affairs correspondent and author of the memoir Scattered: The making and unmaking of a refugee.
This event will be held at the Old Spotted Dog Clubhouse in Upton Lane. It is quite close to the Elizabeth Line in Forest Gate, and there is limited parking in nearby streets.
