1. About the Event

In a world that feels increasingly chaotic and uncertain, we can become the instruments for change. Join us in Vilnius for the Ascended Masters’ Conference "Making a Difference in a Turbulent World", where we can be the crew of our ship called Earth. Together with the Ascended Masters and Kim Michaels we can turn the rudder of the Earth just a slight notch, so that in the long run our Earth would arrive to a better future. Over the course of this conference, we will be working together with Ascended Masters through decree and invocation sessions, through taking in the teachings from Ascended Masters via Kim Michaels and radiating their ideas through our chakras to the collective consciousness.

The conference will be held in English.
If necessary, participants, using their personal mobile phone or computer and a special AI application created specifically for this event, thanks to our colleague from South Korea Dongwon Choi, will have the opportunity to use the text and audio translation of the conference content (for audio translation, you need to have your own headphones):

2. Registration**

Registration fee for participation in the entire conference, i.e. 3 days. – price 390 EUR.
The registration fee includes:

  • 3-day conference participant fee,
  • 6 meals (3 lunches and 3 dinners),
  • 6 coffee breaks with dessert,
  • coffee/tea and water on all days of the conference.

There is also an option to participate in the conference on separate days:

1 day - price 140 EUR
The registration fee includes:

  • 1-day conference participant fee,
  • 2 meals (1 lunch and 1 dinner),
  • 2 coffee breaks with dessert,
  • coffee/tea and water on the entire conference day.

2 days - price 270 EUR.

  • 2-day conference participant fee,
  • 4 meals (2 lunches and 2 dinners),
  • 4 coffee breaks with dessert,
  • coffee/tea and water on all conference days.

3. Conference Center

The conference will be held at the 4-star Vilnius Park Plaza Hotel https://www.vilniusparkplaza.com/.

The event will take place directly within the hotel, the Amber conference room located on the ground floor.

The event will kick off at 09:00 on Friday, 6th March, 2026.

4. Accommodation, rooms

Please note that all rooms at the conference hotel are already booked. Participants are encouraged to book accommodation in other hotels in the city or use short-term rental platforms in advance. Please note that due to a major event taking place that weekend in Vilnius, hotels are filling up quickly.

Until the end of February 2026, it is also possible to contact the conference hotel "Vilnius Park Plaza" directly - in case of unplanned room cancelation, additional rooms may be offered.

5. Accessibility & Public Transport

Vilnius International Airport is located 7 km from the hotel. The hotel is not exactly in the very center, but quite close.

Before or when you arrive in Vilnius we recommend installing the Trafi app on your phone. It will give you all transportation info, live traffic, public transport updates, and help you choose the best route. You can also use it to buy bus tickets. Just download the app from

  • If you arrive during “normal” hours and have luggage, a taxi/private car is best for comfort & ease as using public transport will require a 15-minute walk from the bus stop to the hotel.
  • If budget is important and you arrive between 05:00-21:00, taking a bus is a good option.
  • If you arrive late at night (after 21:00 / before 05:00), rely on a taxi or private shuttle.

Public transport
If your arrival is between 05:00 - 21:00, take a 3G bus running every 10 minutes.
The bus stops at Vilnius Airport are on the street outside, between Arrival Terminals A and B.
It is approximately a 16-minute, 6-bus stop ride depending on traffic. The ticket costs 1.25 €.
Get off at the Mikalojaus Konstantino Čiurlionio bus stop and take a 15-minute walk to the Vilnius Park Plaza Hotel.

How to buy a ticket for a bus ride

Taxi

  • Available 24/7. Just outside the arrivals terminal, there is an official taxi rank with airport-approved taxis. You can make sure that the taxi is from the official rank by checking to see if the car has a sign inside with the relevant tariff information.
    If you arrive at the airport during the day, you can also ask the Tourist Information Centre to call you a taxi.
    Under normal traffic conditions, the trip takes around 15 minutes.
    The average transfer from Vilnius Airport in light traffic costs around €25.
    Taxis in Vilnius don’t use set rates for airport transfers so the fare is calculated based on the time of day, duration of the trip, etc.
  • Bolt is also a very convenient option to get from the airport and move around Vilnius. Rides are usually quick to arrive and much cheaper than traditional/airport taxis. The app works in English, accepts credit cards or Apple/Google Pay, and shows the price before you book. Download the Bolt app in:

6. Let's Enjoy Time Together Before and After the Conference

★ GONG SOUND BATH ON MARCH 5th
Join us for a night filled with sounds of eastern gongs 🔔♥️ Simply bring comfortable clothing, an open heart, and the willingness to let the vibrations carry you into a state of calm and renewal. After a gong sound bath, it feels as if the person is “rebooted,” with effects felt in both, body and psyche. This vibro-acoustic process is often described as a sound journey into your deeper self.

We will meet at 17:30 in the lobby of the hotel and will head to a restaurant for a light networking dinner (extra, not included in the below mentioned price).
Gong evening will start at 20:00. Those who would like to participate only in the evening of gongs, one of our team members will wait for you in the lobby at 19:30 and we will head directly to the venue.

★ A DAY TOGETHER IN VILNIUS ON MARCH 9th
Let’s spend a full, unforgettable day together after the conference exploring the heart of Lithuania’s capital.

  • Our journey will begin with a two-hour guided stroll through Vilnius Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site alive with cobbled streets, baroque architecture, and centuries of stories. As you wander past hidden courtyards and old churches, you’ll feel the city’s rich history come to life.
  • Next, step into another realm with a virtual reality experience “Angelų Takais” (Trail of Angels) based on the work of famous Lithuanian artist M.K. Čiurlionis. Throughout the experience, the environment responds to the viewer’s gaze: the viewer’s close observation of the environment changes and enriches the environment, bringing it closer to the original paintings by M. K. Čiurlionis.
  • Afterwards, a pause for a relaxing lunch.
  • The day culminates high above the city at the Vilnius TV Tower. Ride the elevator to the observation deck for sweeping 360-degree views.
  • Approximate timings of the program from 09:00 till 18:00.

Planned ticket price is 75 € per person (lunch and entrance to the TV Tower at extra cost. Admission fee to the TV Tower 16 € per person).

We will travel around the city in a large 50-seat bus, which will have free wifi, toilets, hot water, tea/coffee, and USB ports.
