Season Ticket Terms & Conditions
Once you have purchased your Season Ticket, you will receive a confirmation email containing your exclusive Season Ticket passes. These can be added to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and shown to a member of the Brown Bear Comedy team upon arrival at each event.
For seated shows and events expected to sell out, Season Ticket holders will be contacted before the event is publicly announced. You can use your unique personal promo code to book online and choose your preferred seats, or simply leave it to us and we’ll reserve your seats and send your tickets straight to you before general sale.
A member of the Brown Bear Comedy team will also contact you to arrange your exclusive merchandise bundle, including your preferred option and sizes. Your merchandise will then be prepared and shipped to you as soon as possible.
