This session focuses on clarity, presence, and visibility without selling out, faking confidence, or sounding like a LinkedIn profile.
Through conversation and practical exercises, we’ll explore how to communicate who you are as an artist in a way that feels honest and recognizable.
In this session we’ll explore:
• Expressing who you are in one clear sentence
• The difference between talent, persona, and presence
• Why some artists get booked, shared, and remembered while others don’t
• Practical ways to align your stage identity with how you present yourself online

About Bianca Lala
Bianca Lala is a Romanian comedian who chased her dreams the Eastern European way: passionately, stubbornly, and with very low expectations.
She left a career in sales after discovering her true calling, not making money, but making people uncomfortable in the most meaningful way possible.
Bianca has performed in 38 cities across 19 countries, appeared on Romanian television, and headlined several European comedy festivals. Her work blends honesty, dark humor, and sharp self-awareness.
Drawing from her experiences growing up in Eastern Europe, traveling across cultures, and navigating life as a touring comedian, Bianca has developed a distinct voice that resonates with international audiences.
Alongside performing, she works intentionally on artistic identity, presence, and communication, helping creatives develop a voice that feels authentic rather than manufactured.
