Being Wilder Earth - Embodying wholeness through nature-based practices

Friday 1. May at 10:00 - Sunday 3. May at 18:00

Trepimäe Suvekodu, Vehendi

Have you ever felt as if there’s a different story that is calling you beyond what you already know about yourself? As if there’s another, more truthful way in how you would embody this precious life of yours in reciprocity with Earth?

We invite you on a journey into the wild terrain of soul, using nature-based practices to uncover the hidden resources, authentic depths and unique gifts you carry for this time and your people.

Through a 3-day immersion in the wilderness of nature and the human psyche we will follow the threads of wholeness within us and outside of us. Using the Nature-Based Map of the Human Psyche developed by the depth ecopsychologist Bill Plotkin we will practice embodying the powerful, loving, curious, passionate and visionary facets of our human being. These aspects are already woven into our human nature, just as they are in the wild. By consciously reopening these pathways to inner wisdom, we can harness their power and bring our unique vision into greater service to the Earth.

The practices we’ll explore in the program will support the full-bodied experience and integration of what’s been unearthed and revealed. We’ll listen to the wisdom of the body through somatic work in movement, dreamwork, emotional alchemy and deep relating with humans and other-than-human beings. We’ll also follow the call of the imagination through deep imagery work, creative self-expression, ceremony and wanders with the land.

This program will be guided in English

Guides

Your journey in “Being Wilder Earth” will be held and guided by Helena Pruul and Maya Ivanova from Symbiosis NGO.

Helena is a nature and wilderness guide, founder of Symbiosis and co-founder of Gaia Academy, who works at the intersection of nature, soul, and community, facilitating transformational experiences rooted in the wild. She is dedicated to restore and strengthen the connection to one's true nature, empowering our global community. By weaving together nature-based practices and space-holding, she creates a sanctuary of safety for those seeking their authentic selves, belonging and discovering their unique place within the web of life and our greater ecosystem.

Maya is a human development guide, facilitator, systems thinker and multifaceted creatrix. She listens to the dreaming of Earth that calls each being to their place of authentic belonging to the Web of Life. She sees deeply in the cracks and tracks the mysterious threads that transform each human story into a story of surrender to Soul’s unique desire for them. Maya is part of the Animas Valley Institute Wild Mind Guide Training program where she explores, co-creates and guides trauma-aware transformational experiences for reconnecting with nature and the deeper self within.
