You are invited to a morning energising Pilates at Sakala 3 by amazing Kaisa Kattai followed by a hearty brunch.

You are invited to join ! 🤸‍♂️

What to expect:

✨ Sunday 29th November
✨ Approx. 1 hour energising pilates class complimented by stretches, led by Kaisa, in Estonian ( don't worry if you don't speak it we would still love you to join. Kaisa can give clues in ENG ). Class is suitable for both men and women and all levels.
✨ Followed by a nourishing brunch + mingling
✨ Music will be contemporary and curated to suit the place 🎶
