In 2026, an irresistible new adaptation of Jane Austen’s iconic “Sense and Sensibility” comes to the big screen – a charming, witty and deeply moving story of love and the unbreakable bond between sisters.
The film is directed by Georgia Oakley (“Blue Jean”), from a screenplay by Diana Reid, based on Jane Austen’s novel of the same name. The cast includes Daisy Edgar-Jones (“Where the Crawdads Sing”), Esmé Creed-Miles (“Hanna”), Caitríona Balfe (“Outlander”), Frank Dillane (“Fear the Walking Dead”), George MacKay (“1917”), Fiona Shaw (“My Left Foot”) and others.
We also invite everyone to visit the solo exhibition of acclaimed artist Jane Jin Kaisen, “Saar mere taga”, now open at Kai Art Center. This mesmerising journey of seven films leads into the depths of Korean traditions and history. It is the first time Kaisen’s work is shown in the Baltics.
