Course topic
„ZERO BAKE" Technique: CAD design, carving, painting with Esthetic Colorant before sintering, finishing and glazing with FC Paste Stain.

Course content
The purpose of the workshop is to take advantage of the new Kuraray/Noritake materials -specifically the new KATANA YML -, the new ESTHETIC COLORANT shades and the digital design of the zirconium oxide framework material to create stable functional aesthetic restorations. In addition will be demonstrated to the digital design of the framework, carving through to texture and surface treatment with tools before painting and sintering, based on the morphological features until finishing with FC Paste Stain.

Course Day schedule
• Theoretical presentation of the "ZERO Bake" technique and the materials used, including the digital design of the Frameworks
• Finishing and carving the pre-sintered framework, mechanically and manually (Morphology)
• Applying the Esthetic Colorant colors (according to the color scheme of the natural tooth)
• Working out of the sintered frameworks
• Apply the FC PASTE Stain
• Mechanical polishing (optional)

Course practical work:
The work will be a monolithic three-part bridge upper jaw anterior (11-13) made of KATANA-YML zirconium oxide.
