“Waiting Room” is a theatrical and musical production about people who find themselves in the same place for a brief moment.
Each has a destination, a train to catch, and a story of their own. Some are waiting for change, others for a return. Some are trying to leave the past behind on the platform, while others have yet to discover where they are headed.
Through theatre, physical performance, and live music, their stories unfold against the backdrop of a railway station. Songs give voice to feelings and experiences that are difficult to express in words.
The audience is invited not simply to observe, but to step into the life of the station — to hear the announcements, follow the departures board, feel the rhythm of arriving and departing trains, and become witnesses to the lives of strangers whose paths briefly cross.
“Waiting Room” is a story about waiting, departures, returns, and the fleeting encounters that connect us.
