Your writing voice - Workshop with Oana

Exploring your authenticity in writing
For the final bootcamp of this year, Writers Who Talk invites you to an in-person event inspired by Julia Cameron’s renowned book, The Artist’s Way. Based mainly on exercises from the book, this practical workshop is intended for writers of all levels who are eager to explore their creativity, overcome blocks, and develop a deeper connection to their unique voice.

Participants will engage in a variety of writing exercises, with a strong emphasis on writing by hand and introspection.

About the facilitator:
Oana Marangoci is a founding member of Writers Who Talk asbl. She has lived in Luxembourg for over 15 years and since arriving has been involved in numerous artistic and cultural initiatives and events. She has successively explored her creative voice through a diversity of outlets including stand-up, improv theatre, public speaking, and writing. In 2018 she portrayed the protagonist of an episode of the Routwaisgro documentary series: https://play.rtl.lu/shows/lb/routwaeissgro/episodes/r/3133777. More recently she has focused on writing short stories, several of which have been successful in multiple rounds of international competitions.

The venue:
Room 01 of Centre Culturel Rollingergrund (Jean-François Boch) is located at 276 Rue de Rollingergrund L2441 Luxembourg in the building just in front as you enter the courtyard. To access the room go up the stairs at the right of the building to the entrance situated behind.

The venue is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest bus stop is Val St André.

After the workshop, participants are welcome to go for lunch to restaurant Sieweburen (15 min walking). To help us with the booking please specify your intention in this registration form.
