WOMEN’S SOMATIC TRAINING
WOMB POWER — a space to reconnect with your body, boundaries, sensitivity and inner strength.
Sometimes we lose connection with our bodies, suppress our desires, get used to tolerating things and gradually give our power away to circumstances, relationships and other people’s expectations. Womb Power is a somatic training designed to reconnect you with yourself through movement, breathwork, work with the pelvis and deep embodied practices.
During the training, we will work through movement, breathwork, resistance, conscious touch and somatic integration.
PURPOSE OF THE TRAINING
For women who want to feel their bodies more deeply, enhance their sensuality and sexuality, experience more pleasure and develop a deeper understanding of their desires. Womb Power works with the body, attention and emotions to explore sexual energy, the capacity for arousal and pleasure, including your orgasmic potential.
PROGRAM

• tantric breathwork practice
• self-massage
• final Kintsugi ritual
The intention is to feel your body more deeply, recognize your “yes” and “no” more clearly, and cultivate greater inner support, sensuality and vitality.

Certified Tantra Teacher, self-discovery coach, somatic practitioner and educator. Over 10 years of experience facilitating group processes, classes and educational programs. Artist and creator of metaphorical cards.
