INVITATION

The annual Winter Meeting (WM26) will be held in Norfolk, VA, in proximity to NATO ACT, 27 January to 30 January 2026, by The Interallied Confederation of Reserve Officers (CIOR) and The Interallied Confederation of Medical Reserve Officers (CIOMR) (25 Jan to 30 Jan), and the Interallied Confederation of Reserve Non-commissioned Officers (CISOR). Full warning order and event agenda is being sent separately to all member nations' Vice Presidents.

RegistrationAll WM26 delegates must register their participation. All participants must provide the information asked during registration not later than 10 JAN. Tickets will be sent through Fienta after registration. People without registration are not permitted to participate.

Note! Tickets will be checked on arrival so be ready to present your ticket (digitally or on paper).

ARO Program
26 January will be arrival day for delegates with the possibility of socialisation in Marriott Norfolk Waterside. Registration desk will be open.
27 January is for committee meetings and visit to JCFNF
28 January is for joint ARO/NCR/ ACT programming with keynote speakers and GOFO panel discussion.
29 January Joint programming for ARO - Reserve Forces Leadership Day The event at the 1400.

Meetings
All official meetings will be held at the Marriott Norfolk Waterside - 235 E Main St, Norfolk, VA, 23510.
WM26 will be executed following CIOR WNGO and Event Agenda, and CIOMR and CISOR their agenda respectively.

b. CIOR Committee Chairs and representatives
c. CIOR Presidential Team
d. CIOMR Presidential Team & Representatives
e. CISOR Presidential Team & Representatives
f. NCR Chairmanship, HoD, Staff Officers (Wednesday only)
g. IMS Representatives

Security
Only those who register through Fienta and provide all the information requested, will be able to gain access to the WM26. Individual security access badge is required, which can be picked up at the Marriott Norfolk Waterside WM26 registration desk. This will be located near the entrance of the hotel. Opening hours will be announced in the ARO agendas respectively.

Registration and fees
Each participant must buy a ticket:
CIOR delegates 3 days - 390 €
CISOR delegates - 390 €
CIOMR delegates 5 days (26.-30. Jan) - 425 €
JMROW participant - 450 €

CIOMR registrations
CIOMR Member 5 day program on January 26-29 includes two pre meeting workshops, WM, coffee, lunch (Wed/ Thurs only) as well as bus tour on 30 Jan.

JMROW program includes coffee and lunch on January 25- 29, and Bus Tour on 30 Jan.

Accommodation
Participants are asked to stay at Marriott Norfolk Waterside - 235 E Main St, Norfolk, VA, 23510 Ph: +01 757 627 4200 (other hotels will not be supported by transportation, etc). Use the booking LINK for reserving a room with automatically discounted price.

Transportation
Transportation from the airport to the hotel will not be provided by CIOR or CIOMR.
During the meetings a shuttle bus service to and from NATO ACT will be provided from the Marriott Norfolk Waterside Hotel. Information about the shuttle bus will be at the hotel - WM26 registration desk.

Meals
Lunch will be served at the Marriott on January 27-29. No alcohol will be served at lunch. Dinner will be held January 29 straight after the working session.

Dress Code
Service dress will be used during all events, also at the Dinner.
Mess dress uniform is not required for the Dinner.
