WINE & ART – MULTICULTURAL SPACE BY FROM DE ROOTS

— WHAT —
Next 2nd of April, L’Argonne have the pleasure to welcome the first Event organized by From de Roots - Iberic Wine.
The initiative lead by the two young entrepreneurs Jaume and Pedro, wants to fusion the power of Art with the sophistication of the Wine from the Iberic Peninsula accompanied by the live music.

— ARTISTS —
We will have the pleasure to receive Paz Pradenas' exhibition, the artist painting with wines. The Spanish artist, currently based in Brussels, where she strengthen her scene, started her career in Madrid where she studied Arts, but she has broadened her career in Italy and Colombia. She will be presenting some of her last paintings while she will be painting with some From de Roots Wine painting live (more info @ https://www.pazpradenas.com/).
Last but not least you will be able to enjoy the exposition of Florence Akyams, an illustrator and graphic designer who graduated from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels. Florence Akyams interprets and poetises the scenes and figures of her daily life. Her style is lively, fast and raw. The motifs and characters she draws interact with each other to create a mixed and heterogeneous universe. In 2018, she co-founded Residences Art, a cultural and artistic laboratory designed to promote and support young artists from minority backgrounds (more info @ https://www.instagram.com/akyams/).
— MUSIC —
We will have the pleasure to enjoy live music coming from an emerging band born in Brussels (soft/indie rock), followed by some ambient/ electronic beats by im.pulse and Philippe Desorgues. All day long live music!

All this magnificent art, accompanied by the well-known wines from regions such as Alentejo, Catalonia, Douro, Galicia, Rioja and many more from the Iberic Peninsula. Beer, water and soft drinks available on the bar.
In collaboration with bonapero bxl, Chickpea is an initiative created and developed by a group of foodies enthusiasts and local home chefs that share a great passion for high-quality authentic meals. They aim to bring back the traditional Mediterranean tastes at its best with a touch of a contemporary fusion. You don’t want to miss it! (more info @ https://bonapero.be/)
