When the Body Remembers: Integrating Trauma Through Fascial Awareness
A Two-Day Somatic Healing Workshop with International Therapist & Trainer Nisarga Eryk Dobosz
📍 Üks Maja, Tallinn, Estonia
📅 March 7–8, 2026
A Deep Dive into the Language of the Body
Do you sense that your body holds stories your mind cannot tell?
Are you ready to release old tension, restore flow, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level?
Join us for a transformative two-day embodiment workshop guided by international therapist, trainer, and founder of the Body Awareness Institute, Nisarga Eryk Dobosz.
This immersive experience is based on MER – Myofascial Energetic Release, a trauma-informed bodywork method that gently unwinds stored physical and emotional patterns through the fascia — the connective tissue network that holds our lived experience.
Why This Workshop Matters
We live in a world shaped by chronic stress, disconnection, and constant stimulation. Many of us carry unprocessed experiences in our muscles, breath, posture, and nervous system.
Trauma does not live in the past — it lives in the body, until we create the conditions for it to complete and release.
This workshop offers a safe, respectful, and skillfully guided space to:
- Reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence and rhythm
- Understand how trauma, stress, and emotion manifest in the fascia
- Learn to restore safety, softness, and self-regulation
- Experience deep release, grounding, and renewed vitality
What You Will Learn & Experience
Across two full days, theory and embodied practice are woven together:
- Foundations of trauma and fascia connection
- Nervous system and vagus nerve regulation
- Trauma patterns: pendulation, titration, resonance, resourcing
- Hands-on myofascial release techniques (self and partner work)
- Breath and movement for emotional release
- Integration practices for everyday life and relationships
This is not just a workshop — it is an invitation to inhabit your body again, to feel safe within yourself, and to reconnect with your natural capacity for presence.
Who This Workshop Is For
This workshop is open to everyone. No prior experience is required.
It is especially supportive for:
- Therapists, bodyworkers, and healing practitioners
- Yoga teachers and movement professionals
- Individuals experiencing chronic tension, pain, or emotional overwhelm
- Anyone seeking deeper body awareness and embodied self-connection
Why These Insights Matter Today
We are collectively rediscovering a simple truth: healing happens through the body.
By learning to listen, soften, and respond, we release not only pain — but also rediscover presence, compassion, and joy.
