Webinar: healing paths to conflict resolution

Friday 9. May at 19:00 - 20:30 WEST

Online

Everyone knows them: situations that evoke strong unpleasant feelings in us, such as anger, despair, helplessness, fear, sadness, etc. You can encounter them every day and everywhere: e.g. in your partnership/family, at work or with friends.

However, avoiding them or fighting against them inevitably only leads to us experiencing similar situations again and again - our daily groundhog greeting... This webinar is about how we can instead deal with such situations in a constructive, peaceful way and at the same time gradually leave our emotional baggage behind us.

The following content awaits you in detail:

  1. How does our autonomic nervous system work and what does this have to do with our feelings and body sensations?
  2. What are triggers and where do they come from?
  3. 4 step strategy for dealing constructively with conflict situations (no, this is not about GfK according to Rosenberg, but a much more profound approach)
  4. Application of those 4 steps to a typical everyday situation
  5. Q&A session

There will be a recording of the presentation. For data protection reasons, however, the Q&A session will only take place live.
