What is Ways of Sharing?
Ways of Sharing is a blend of a workshop and Reiki share session. During each gathering, we delve into various Reiki techniques, encouraging curiosity about the diverse ways we can share Reiki.

Who is it for?
Ways of Sharing is open to anyone who has taken a level 1, 2, or 3 Reiki course. All lineages welcome.

What does Ways of Sharing include?
Each month we'll have a specific theme to explore. We'll practice different Reiki techniques that support the month's theme. Afterwards we'll gather in groups for a traditional Reiki share.

This month's theme: Sense

We'll practice playful exercises that aim to help us tap into our inner senses and intuition so we can better support ourselves, clients & loved ones during Reiki sessions. We'll practice image & object reading, discuss the importance of "right mind" when working intuitively & how to differentiate between messages coming from our ego & our intuition.

Bring a small object that holds emotional importance for you.

About Jessica
Jessica is a Reiki Master. She began practicing Reiki as a way to support her self development. Reiki has been her greatest learning & healing tool. It has taught her how to listen & respond to signals of discomfort with curiosity & compassion.

Soon after receiving her practitioner degree, she began volunteering at The Magpie Project & Crisis UK by sharing sessions with those who are homeless & at risk of becoming homeless. After witnessing how these sessions provided relief, hope & a space for people to come back to themselves, she opened her practice, Abra Reiki. She shares private sessions, hosts Reiki shares, Reiki healing circles & is a Reiki practitioner at Magic Mums & The Muslim Cultural & Heritage Centre.

She's passionate about teaching Reiki in a grounded way & supporting the community's wellbeing by creating inclusive & accessible Reiki events. She is the organiser of The Community Reiki Clinic which offers multi-bed Reiki sessions at a more affordable cost.
