Meet your Self through tea ceremony, somatic self-discovery & freeflow dance with NiyOz and D·Sarle
In the rush and noise of the world, we often live in our heads and lose connection with ourselves. This evening is an invitation to slow down, return to the body and reconnect with your inner world.
Give this time to yourself - to meet yourself more deeply. Come. You are awaited.
The Experience
Part 1 - Zen (with D·Sarle)
Through a tea ceremony, guided meditation and sharing we arrive fully in the present moment and explore the subtleties of our lives and our authenticity.
Part 2 - Open Eyes (with NiyOz)
A somatic self-discovery experience revealing the difference between your current place in life and your unfulfilled potential to realise what is calling you forward.
Part 3 - The Way Home (with NiyOz)
We complete the journey through freeflow dance.
You don’t need to know how to dance. There are no steps and no “right” moves. It simply means allowing your body to move according to sensation and music.
People often experience release of tension and pent-up emotions, renewed energy and clarity, and deeper connection with themselves - a way back to yourself.
