The VC Fund Manager Masterclass is an immersive, simulation-based executive education programme designed to accelerate the next generation of European venture capital fund leaders.
The programme compresses the full 10–15 year venture fund lifecycle into three intensive days, combining strategy, finance, portfolio construction, fundraising, governance, and performance management.
This is not a passive lecture series. Participants work in diverse, mixed teams to build, launch, and operate a first-time VC fund, making more than 600 real investment and fund-management decisions while competing against peer fund teams in a live environment.
The cohort model is intentional: by bringing together younger fund managers at different stages of their careers, participants learn from each other, build lasting professional relationships, and form the collaborative networks that are essential to success in venture capital.
