Tallinn University of Technology, NRG-422 • Ehitajate tee 5, 19086 Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia
We spend about one-third of our lives sleeping or trying to sleep. Why is sleep so important and how can we get the most out of it?
In the workshop we explore how sleep or the lack of it affects our well-being, learning and productivity. We look at our sleeping habits and identify possible obstacles that prevent quality sleep. We'll explore some strategies and share tips for improving your sleep and overall well-being.
📍 The workshop will be held on March 12 at 16:00 - 17:30 in room NRG-422, and everyone is invited to participate. The discussion is lead by Kadri Kiiskmann, a psychologist at the TalTech Counseling Center.
NB! The conversation round is held in English.
Wishing you a pleasant relaxation
