The music and sound art festival Üle Heli is held from 16 to 20 October to take stock of its developments up until now and take the first step towards a festival that is held every other year. The programme includes concerts, club nights, sound installations, a film programme, and educational seminars and panel discussions at the studio of the Estonian Public Broadcasting, Kanuti Gildi SAAL, the National Library of Estonia, at clubs like Sveta Baar, Kauplus Aasia, Kopli ULM, and Naganaga, as well as the Copper Leg Residency (Vaskjala Residency) located at the former school building in Rae, and other venues.
