Ukrainian women entrepreneurs in Estonia!
Saturday 21. March at 12:00 - 15:00
Euroopa Liidu Maja, Tallinn
The Estonian representative office of Business Woman magazine invites you to a practical seminar:
“Doing Business in Estonia Without Mistakes: Entrepreneur Account, FIE or OÜ?”
Starting a business in a new country almost always begins with an important question:
which business structure is best suited for your activity — an Entrepreneur Account, FIE, or OÜ? It is equally important to understand how to properly organize operations, taxes, and contracts in order to avoid common mistakes.
This seminar will be useful both for those who are planning to start a business and for entrepreneurs who are already operating in Estonia and want to better understand legal and tax nuances.
During the seminar we will discuss these topics based on real examples and practical experience:
• which business structure to choose for your activity
• taxes and specifics of doing business in Estonia
• contracts, operational activities, and common mistakes entrepreneurs make
• real experience of running a business
Participants will be able to ask questions to experts, share their own experience, and meet other Ukrainian women entrepreneurs.
📌 You can also come with your specific business question — we will try to discuss it during the meeting.
