Traditional beef soup

Main course
Slovenian farmer's platter (kmečki krožnik):

• Braised sauerkraut

• Pan-fried potatoes

• Pečenica sausage

• Krvavica (Slovenian blood sausage)

• Pork rib

Prekmurska gibanica (one of Slovenia's most iconic layered pastries)

1 dcl of Slovenian white wine (served next to the main course)
