We care for our bodies every day. But do we care for our minds? In today's fast-paced world, true health extends far beyond the physical—it starts in the mind. Following his inspiring visit to Tallinn earlier this year (read the teaching transcription from May 2026 here). Dzogchen Khenpo Choga Rinpoche returns to Estonia for a public teaching on Mindful Healing Meditation.

Whether you want to let go of suffering or deepen your meditation practice, this evening offers real tools to heal your mind. You will discover how your mind shapes your whole life.

Weekend Urban Retreat "Joyfully Achieving Enlightenment in a Modern City"

Saturday and Sunday, October 17th-18th at 10:00-18:00

Can true peace and happiness, inner development, and joyful awareness flourish amidst the busy demands of modern city life? Following Friday evening's public talk, this weekend urban retreat invites you to real practice and practical wisdom. Held in the heart of Tallinn, this retreat shows you how to use meditation in your daily life, at work, and in your relationships. Unlike a standard lecture, this weekend offers direct teachings, guided meditation, and personal interaction with the Master.

About the Speaker Dzogchen Khenpo Choga Rinpoche is a 33rd-generation lineage holder of the Dzogchen Lineage — an ancient wisdom about the mind focused on discovering one’s true nature of mind. A prominent scholar, author, and international speaker, he has spent decades teaching to audiences worldwide, translating deep Meditation practices into clear, accessible wisdom for everyday modern living. Lamas and disciples accompany him and support participants throughout the retreat sessions.

The teaching will be given in English.

Watch a video from his 2011 teaching in Russia, where Khenpo explains that our experiences of happiness and suffering are not random—they have specific causes, which we create ourselves. The teaching explains how to cultivate more causes for happiness and let go of the mindset that leads to suffering.
