Tidal Flow Women’s Festival (“Festival”) is organised and presented by Lena Milosevic (IT04603350168) (“Organiser”). Tickets are sold, gifted or allocated by the Festival on the express condition that the holder is bound to the following terms and conditions of sale and entry, which form part of the contract between Tidal Flow Women’s Festival, the purchaser and the ticket holder (referred to as the ‘holder’).
The Terms and Conditions of Sale and Entry include the following: (Please be aware these apply to all visitors – with and without a valid ticket – to the venue for the Festival.) Please take effort to read the terms & conditions and take responsibility for your ticket purchase.
All tickets are fully refundable for 14 days after purchase, no questions asked. To apply for this refund, please send an email to [email protected], within 14 days of ticket purchase date. (e.g. ticket purchased on May 1st, we must receive your refund request to the above mentioned email address by midnight on May 15th). After that time/date, the following refunds policy applies:
General Refunds Policy
1. A change in personal circumstances (interest, medical, work or family related) or a booking mistake of the holder does not entitle the return, credit or exchange of the ticket or wristband.
2. Tickets and other expenses associated with the festival will not be refunded in whole or in part under any circumstances including, but not limited to, ticket holders being asked or forced to leave, holders deciding not to attend any portion of the Festival, the possible non-appearance of any particular person, expected by the holder, whether advertised or not.
3. Holders agree that the organiser of Tidal Flow Women’s Festival, is not liable for "acts of God", the weather, strikes, another pandemic, protests, fires, floods, war or actions taken by government agencies and similar causes beyond the reasonable control of the organiser and understand festivals and other expenses will not be refunded in whole or in part in these circumstances. Aspects including but not limited to programming, ticket price and capacity are subject to change at any time without notice. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Festival for any reason.
4. Holders should carefully consider the refund and cancellation policies of travel, accommodation and other goods or service providers when making arrangements for attendance at the Festival. Holders may also wish to consider taking out a relevant insurance policy to cover for any losses in the event of cancellation, rescheduling, or relocation.
Force Majeure
In the event the proposed festival date is canceled as a result of any event beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, including "acts of god", natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, lockouts or other industrial disturbances, blockades, wars, insurrections or riots, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, landslides, fires, storms, floods, explosions or other similar causes beyond the control of the Organiser, full or partial refunds of tickets or granting credit vouchers, shall be at the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion and will only be provided in the event such refunds or credit vouchers do not detrimentally impact the Organiser’s legitimate business interests.

Tickets are nominal and may not be resold.

SELF CARE
By purchasing a ticket to Tidal Flow Women’s Festival the Holder agrees that:
• I am fully responsible for my state of health, be it physical, mental, emotional and spiritual upon my arrival and throughout the Festival.
• I am responsible for choosing to attend workshops, presentations and engage in experiences that are of interest to me without knowing exactly what content will be delivered or how I may respond and/or react to this content.
• I am responsible for my experience and how I respond and/or react to any such experiences during the Festival.
• It is my responsibility to ask or call for support if I need it.
• Holders acknowledge that they are physically able to participate in events and associated activities at the venue, and that they have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.
SERVICES:
Purchasers and holders accept that the internet, temporary mobile phone towers and other utilities are not always reliable and that system outages and interruptions may occur and this is not a cause for refund.
PHOTOGRAPHY & FOOTAGE
Tidal Flow Women’s Festival wishes to accurately document and promote the festival through film and photography. By purchasing tickets and attending the festival, patrons automatically provide consent to be included in all film and sound recordings taken by or on requested behalf of the festival organisers, and for these recordings to be used at the discretion of the festival organisers and partners. If patrons do not wish to be filmed or photographed, it is the responsibility of each individual to leave details at the festival check in desk, at he moment of check-in, requesting that they not be filmed or photographed. A photo will be taken of said individual(s) as identification for our records, which will exclude their image from any future promotional material. Professional camera & recording equipment is not permitted at the event without permission of the organisers. Guests are welcome to record photos and videos on their phones but we ask guests to please respect each other’s privacy when taking photos or footage at the event. Photos and recordings are not to be used for commercial purposes.
CLAIMS & COMPENSATION:
To the full extent permitted by law, ticket holders waive all legal rights of action (on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns) against and fully release Tidal Flow Women’s Festival, its Organiser, agents, employees, contributors, members and volunteers for all claims for compensation for loss, damage, injury (including, but not limited to, bodily injury, mental anguish, emotional distress, sickness, disease), molestation (including, but not limited to, assault, interference, bullying, abuse) or death howsoever arising out of or in relation to the holder’s participation in the Festival. This includes, without limitation, liability for any negligent or tortious act or omission on the part of the persons released, or under statute or for breach of these terms and conditions.
