Experience the wonderful world of TRE® together this June! Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) are an innovative sequence of movements and poses designed to activate a healing reflex mechanism in the body that is felt as shaking, vibrating, or tremoring. These neuro-muscular tremors naturally and organically release stress, tension and trauma that is held in our body’s muscular tissues and fascia.
Let us embrace and normalise shaking as a natural and organic way to release stress and connect to our bodies. In this bigger, full energy group we will experience the gentle power of many bodies shaking and embracing our incredible physiology together.

This fun and social class welcomes both new and experienced shakers. We will include:
- An introduction to Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE)
- A guided experience of the practical TRE Process
- Time for reflection, sharing and questions
- Follow up information on how to continue at home
This group is hosted by Chandani Amin, a Reflexologist, Reiki Master, and TRE Provider. Chandani has been running regular TRE Groups for the last three years creating a vibrant community of regular shakers in London. All the therapies she offers are completely natural and non-invasive; designed to work with your body as an organic, alive, pulsating organism and support you to reconnect to your body's innate wisdom.
The class will be supported by Pauline Mounier, a Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher and TRE Provider specialising in burnout prevention and recovery. With a background in Hospitality management, Pauline helps overwhelmed professionals manage and release stress naturally, reconnect with their bodies, and restore balance. Through nervous system regulation and resilient self-care practices, she empowers her students to cultivate a sense of safety within their bodies, trust their innate wisdom, and regain control over their wellbeing and life as a whole.

All participants must be over 18 years old.
All levels are welcome, from regular shakers to those completely new to TRE. We will be learning a set of 7 simple exercises that are designed to gently fatigue and stretch big muscle groups so we can reconnect to the tremor reflex.
A group class is not recommended for anyone with severe trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, burnout and serious health conditions/ chronic pain or those who find it very challenging to self-regulate (unable to calm down when emotionally distressed). It is recommended to initially work in private sessions in these cases.
This group is not suitable if you are currently pregnant. If you have had a recent operation, surgery or experienced a serious injury, it is best to allow yourself a minimum of 3 or more months to recover before doing TRE.
