##A Yin Yoga, Bodywork, & Sound Journey
At the height of the year, light stretches long and golden. The Sound of Summer invites you to pause and bask in the spaciousness of the solstice—a moment to soften, expand, and realign. Through deep sound, we honour the turning of the sun, the power of presence, and the beauty of simply being.

##✨ A Gentle Descent Into Stillness
After the heat and breath of the midday session, we return in the golden light of the afternoon, to soften, to settle, and to rest.
This is the second offering in our Sound of Solstice series: a 90-minute Yin Yoga and Gong Bath journey, enriched with intuitive bodywork and spacious stillness. Whether you’re continuing from the earlier session or arriving anew, this is your invitation to exhale.
##🧘 Yin Yoga Meets Sacred Sound
This practice combines long-held Yin shapes with sound healing and optional hands-on or energetic bodywork. Each pose becomes a portal to deep listening, supported by gravity and breath.
As we move gently through the sequence, you’ll be bathed in the sounds of crystal bowls, elemental chimes, and Gongs, creating a cocoon of rest and renewal.
##💛 What You’ll Experience
*A calming, candlelit space for deep surrender
*Yin Yoga postures that open fascia and meridians
*Gentle bodywork (always optional and consensual)
*Live soundscape to soothe and integrate
*Closing rest and reconnection to self and season
##🌼 Who This Is For
This practice is for anyone seeking:
*Restoration, grounding, and inner quiet
