This Fourth of July, celebrate freedom the way it was truly meant to be used.
FREEDOM TO SAY DUMB THINGS!
Welcome to The Great American Roast: 4th of July Crowd Work Show, where the mic is hot, the jokes are ruthless, and no one is safe. You’re all part of the show.
Because now everyone has the freedom of speech… and we fully intend to abuse it.
Expect sharp crowd work, improvised comedy, and unapologetic takes on culture, habits, accents, and everything in between. This is not a sit-back-and-watch kind of night — this is your chance to get involved, and get revenge on Uncle Sam.
Hosts:
Ben McWilliams- All the way from the conservative state of Texas. Ben has been traveling all around the world. He became a loud mouth sailor in the Caribbean, surviving on rum. In China, he spread freedon and taught people the power of the second amendment. Now he is in Lithuania, trying to teach Lithuanians the power of cars, freedom, and democracy!
Shane Patrick- from Suburban Southern Minnesota, to rural western Lithuania. Shane’s been procrastinating and nervous sweating in therapy chairs across Europe for far too long. His patriotism battles with pessimism daily. He’s culturally scrambled like a four-country omelet. And at this point doesn’t know if he’s American, Irish, Spanish, or Lithuanian. Culturally conflicted and ready to confront his American roots with you.
This Fourth of July, you don’t just watch the roast, you come for the hatred along the way.
