WHAT IS SLOVENIA'S RESTAURANT WEEK?
Every spring and autumn, the most renowned Slovenian restaurants take part in this event, offering specially crafted menus that showcase their culinary excellence. Known for its refined gastronomy and premium service, Restaurant week is a celebration of flavours and creativity, making high-end dining more accessible - though still at a luxury price point.
At our Gourmet dinner experience, we’re recreating the essence of Restaurant week - a carefully curated three-course menu, featuring elegant dishes, a touch of fine wine and an unforgettable dining atmosphere.
THE MENU
Just like during the Restaurant week, we’re offering two menu options:
1. MENU - MEAT MENU
🥣 Starter: celery soup with truffle oil and roasted almonds
🥩 Main course: Oven-roasted veal with mashed potatoes and edamame beans
🍰 Dessert: gluten-free brownie with vanilla ice cream and caramel
🍷 Wine pairing: 1 dcl of Slovenian red wine
2. MENU - FISH MENU
🥣 Starter: celery soup with truffle oil and roasted almonds
🫛 Main course: sea bass fillet with mashed potatoes and edamame beans
🍰 Dessert: gluten-free brownie with vanilla ice cream and caramel
🍷 Wine pairing: 1 dcl of Slovenian white wine
