The semester is coming to an end, but we’re sending it off in the loudest, wildest, and most unforgettable way possible. Join us on Tuesday, the 27th of May 2025 at 20:30 for THE ENDGAME PARTY – the final Erasmus party of the semester! 🫨

Hosted at the vibrant Kampus Food pop-up night pub, this night is all about celebrating the amazing moments we've shared – with great music, crazy drink deals, and a whole lot of dancing. 🪩💥

But that's not all – we’re also throwing in the last beer pong tournament of the semester! 🍻 Got skills? Grab your partner and sign up as a duo for the doubles-only showdown. Tournament spots are limited, so register in advance to secure your spot. Team check-in starts at 20:30 – don’t be late!

Whether you're here to dominate the table or just party all night long, one thing is clear: THIS IS THE GRAND FINALE. One last dance. One last toast. One last unforgettable night. Let’s end this semester the way it deserves – at THE ENDGAME PARTY! 💥

BEER PONG TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Event venue: Kampus Food, Pivovarniška ulica 6, 1000 Ljubljana
Event schedule:
20:30 - Kampus Food opens its doors
20:30 - 20:55 - beer pong tournament participant check-in
21:00 - start of the beer pong tournament

Team application: Only one (1) team member needs to register for the tournament. The team consists of two (2) players, as it is a doubles competition. The registration fee includes both team members in the price.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

The organisation of the beer pong tournament for the whole team (2 players) and the needed beer for the whole competition.

The entrance to the party (for everyone not competing in the tournament) is FREE OF CHARGE the whole night!

HOW DO YOU SUCCESSFULLY APPLY

DISCOUNTED PRICE: 10,50 EUR with the Ljubljana Erasmus discount card

FULL PRICE: 15,50 EUR without the Ljubljana Erasmus discount card

The additional Fienta transaction fee of 0,50 EUR is already included in the price.
