Final commitments. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the event of a cancellation by the organizers.
Designated admission. Entry is strictly limited to the specified date and time.
Venue refreshments. Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the premises.
Photography welcome. Guests may take photographs, but video recording is prohibited.
Event documentation. We capture media during the event for future promotional use. Please notify our staff upon arrival if you wish to decline photography.
