Sunday Service Club tuleb oma üritustesarjaga Tallinnasse ja tutvustab uut imelist asukohta ja peidetud pärli, tõeliste võlvide embuses Arhitektuurimuuseumi ruumides, uhkes vanas soolalaos

• Päev sisaldab 60-min Dünaamilist Vinyasa/ Pilatese fusion tundi kaasaegse muusika saatel, et energia pühapäeval mõnusalt käima saada. Matid on kohapeal olemas.

• Haara kaasa veepudel, soe pusa ja sokid või pleed lõõgastuseks.

Tund toimub inglise keeles. Kui inglise keel liiga tugev pole, ära muretse, jälgi mind.

Sunday Service Club comes to Tallinn again and swaps the manor to another hidden pearl in the embrace of valuts in the middle of Tallinn city center- Arhitektuurimuuseum- a cosy venue letting us really switch off from the outer world for that hour.

• The day includes a 60-min Dynamic Vinyasa/Pilates fusion class to the beat of some conteporary music to get the energy going for your Sunday. Mats are available on site.

• Bring a water bottle, a warm sweater and socks or blankets for relaxation although I predict this room will fog up the mirrored floor !

The lesson is held in English.
